bleeding brakes?

  Ph1 track 172
well then this poses another problem for me,
i wanted to bleed my brakes, but even though ive slacked the bleed nipple (giggity)
and i pumped the pedal after fitting a non return valve thing, and nothing seems to be happening!

Follow burps guide mate. So simple

is it the rears that are causing an issue? likely a seized compensator valve. Mine did it and it just closed off all fluid flow the the rear calipers

As I read that, you are sat in the car pumping the brake pedal with a non return pipe like one of these on the bleed nipple.
If I'm right then you won't feel any difference as you are pushing fluid out of an open bleed nipple.
Tighten the nipple up and see if the pedal feels better. The one man kits are better than nothing but I'd get some help and do it the in the way described in the guide section.
If you have to do it yourself then a vacuum bleeder like this might be better.

Unless you have an ez bleed kit, you'll need a second person to open/close nipples while you pump (giggity ;))
