Renault Clio 1.2 exp

My misses brought a clio last week and on the test drive I didn't check the blowers or radio so when we got home we found out they both were not working. I've checked the fuses and they seem fine, the only thing that comes on is the two lights for circulation and a/c when you turn the switchs. Could anyone help with this please as its a nightmare for her in this weather with a misty screen
