Blown exhaust

Well drove from Taunton to Germany today as i am based in Germany with the military.
Got about 1 mile from base and the exhaust has blown!
My mates thought what a chavvy car when i pulled up, they didnt believe that the exhaust has blown! lol

So is it ok to drive back to England in two weeks as im off to prospeed, apart from sounding like a tosser could it affect/break the car?

main concern (apart from noise/fumes/attention) would probably be losing the exhaust along the way - depends where it has gone. if (for eg.) one of the pipe to box welds has split, i'd look at having it welded for the return journey, just incase it goes completely on the way back and you end up losing parts of the exhaust/causing damage to the underside of the car if anything falls off
