Bolt size issue

Trying to source some extended locking bolts to go with my spacers. I'm pretty sure the bolts i currently have are 12mm x 1.5 60Degree and 45mm long. The only ones I can find are 14mm x 1.5 60Degree and 45mm long. Anyone know what the first number refers to? Also anyone know if i could use 14mm lockers on a clio when the rest are 12mm? Very confused :S

Theyre m12, i.e the thickness of bolt. You cant go any higher. Demontweeks are good for bolts.
