Bonnet Catch

Right i dont know why but when i go to open the bonnet it just wont open.
I dont here it click or the bonnet pop up like it used to an no matter how far i lift the handle it just wont go unless some one holds the bonnet slightly an then it will release.

Any surgestions on how to fix this, or how much it will cost to fix?

Give it all a lube up and a clean up and wind the two rubber adjusting screws up on the slam panel to give it more lift when you pop it.

ill give a full grease up again but i cant adjust the screws any more as they are at full extent.

Just go to renault & say you were doing 70 odd down the motorway & you saw movement, they will put it down to faulty bonnet catch ( noted, replaced free of charge as there was a big case on watch dog ) job done
