Get a long bit of mdf or chipboard. cut it down to size to fit the boot space etc and chuck some acoustic carpet on top with some spray adhesive ! job done :)

Even quicker than that, just buy a roll of car carpet from eBay and cut it to size - job done for under £20 and less weight.

Thanks Tims haha, Acoustic carpet is what I was looking for! Kept leaving my mind haha
Will do it without the chipboard proably other wise would be annoying with the wood tapping the floor all the time lol, Will get on it Friday (payday) haha

The carpet idea does seem a alot better, the wood just keeps it on an even level, but no problem :rasp:

I think instead of just carpet, or carpet and wood
I want a thick squishy thing so will have some weight and not just float about, trying to think of what its called!!
pissing me off not knowing what its called!!!! :(

I made an mdf Floor for a 206 and a saxo a few years back, they look really nice done properly becuase as said they level everything out and if ur clever with them u could sink various things into the back ie the 206 i did for a mate had an amp under a glass cover and a sub sank in. the saxo had a spare wheel holder if u were looking for the stripped out race look.

speaking of carpet/fabric im concidering making a cover for the dash of mine.
