Now, at the risk of being boring with all the dozens of cambelt related posts, I am curious to know how people do up the bottom pulley bolt accurately.
As I recall, the correct method is to check the length of the bolt to make sure it isn't over-stretched. Then you torque it to 20Nm, followed by 110deg. Sooooo, how do you measure the angle accurately? Those cheapo dial things for head bolts are a bit suspect in my experience, and seeing as you don't really want the bolt to either snap or come undone, how do you do it?
