Braided Brake Lines for Clio II Ph2 1.4L K4J

Could anyone tell me which braided stainless steel brake lines will fit Clio 2 Ph2 1.4L 16v (year 2003)?

I searched online shops for Goodridge, but none is for 1.4L, only found for the 172 Renault Sport ones. Which one will fit? I'm asking since I am so far away in Asia.

Might be worth finding a decent hydraulics place round yours and asking them to make something up??? Should only need the type of end connectors and required pipe length to knock some up??? Not sure what pressure the brakes run at, but i work with aircraft hydraulics that run 3-4000 psi through braided steel reinforced hoses quite happilly....




You might also find that your car has the same brake setup as the mk1 williams, so maybe the hose set for one of those might fit....

It says only for 2001 models. Mine is 2003 build, with drum brakes. My car:

Id have thought they would be ok, I dont think they would have changed the layout of the brake lines between the Mk2 ph1 (98-01) and the Mk2 ph2 (01-08ish), However, if you went to youre local renault dealer and asked for replacement brake flexi hoses for your car, then went and asked for replacement brake flexi hoses for a 2001 1.4 with drum rears, you could compare the part numbers to see if they are the same.

Try these guys http://www.helcarkits.co.uk/ and speak to Ben. If they don't have a kit on the shelf, they'll turn a set around in a day or two. All stainless as well (inc banjo bolts), unlike Goodridge. ~£60.00 for a set.
