Finally got around to finishing off my brake cooling ducts.
I NEVER use my fog lights..I can probably count on one hand how many times I have used them in the 6 years i've had the car!
So bought this lot ages ago

Consisted of 2 x fog light surrounds, 2 x ducts, 1 x Ripspeed ali ducting.
The ducts themselves were ports used for sub boxes and were ever so slightly smaller than the holes for the fog light . So i almost scrapped the ducts and bought some bigger ones then I thought I could bond them in somehow using filler.
First I put them in and held them in place with some uhu super glue stuff, as there was literally not much there to hold it in place to start wiht....used Davids P38 easy sand to fill in the back first and let that set the nflipped over and filled in the gaps in the front. Let it all dry and then started sanding them down smooth. Dont have any pics of that part but this is whats on the back...
Once I was happy I had got the front down as smooth as I could I bought some Satin Black spray paint and just sprayed them tonight.
The finished article.....
Came out quite well I thought! Now to fit them at the weekend and route the ducting and jobs a good un!
