Brakes for a MK1 16v... ? ? ?

Im after a new set of stoppers for my MK 1 Clio

Any idea's? Recomendations? Best i can get behind 15in Turini's...

I would of said the std. 16v calipers, brembo max discs, some braided lines, and mintex m1144 or pagid pads would be fine.

BUT!

K-Tec do a "Big Brake Kit" which has 285mm discs and all the bits and bobs you need.

Or they do the same size (285mm) in a 4-pot setup, but that's like x3 the price!

If you wanted bigger you need to ditch the 15's and go with a larger wheel.

Big brake kits suck!!!!

Standard brakes with uprated discs and pads do the trick for standard power

Willwood 4pots are the answer

Agree with Wilson big braeks look good but are a waste harder pads ie DS2500 on stock disk new lines etc are mich better and cheaper.

4 pots though are the king humm I loved mine.
