Broke my 200 dash clock display thing

Hi,

Im really pissed off at myself at the minute. I've cocked up and managed to lose two of the tiniest weeniest parts in the world ever. I think.

Can anyone help? Or have any brilliant idea's on how I can bodge this to work?

Just collected my new clock surround from Tyler. Looks fab.

Re-fitted it all, and the buttons wouldn't work to re-set my time. Hmm. Out it comes again.

So, the issue.

Take the clock out

Remove the case

The offending buttons that do not work.

These things need to press down on the green motherboard type thing

This is the green motherboard type thing, where the above needs to press down on

Now the buggering awful shittyness:

It doesn't reach. Its about a millimetre off. I assume I have lost 2 little rubber caps of some sort along the way.

Any idea's how I can fix this?

What are the chances of buggering it even more? I assumed it would be rubber and it was almost touch sensitive. Excuse my ignorance, I have no idea with this sort of thing

it just senses for a connection either side of the S like line on the pcb

Chopped down

Foil wrapped

Put it back together. b****cks. Missing another bit!

Found it
