Bt internet problems maybe over at last!

I emailed a complaint to bt's chief exec last nite about all the problems had since they installed my new line, 7am today have a reply from him saying he will have it looked at, 9.30am have phone call from lady at bt and she is dealing with matter, cost of new line being reimbursed plus she is having their technical team investigate why line only taking 0.5mb!
