Bucket seats installation help please :D

Hi i have purchased a pair of corbeau forza bucket seats and i have also got sliders for them and Z bars which are ment to to connect to the sliders and bolt to the floor, but i cant work out how to fit them :S please would someone be able to give me a bit of help please...

and also what tools and things will i need to remove the old seats and fit the bucket seats?

im guessing the runners bolt to the floor, just like the original seat ones do, then the other metal bars bolt to the runners for the seat to mount onto, then the sliders go inbetween the runners for adjustment
