Do you have any problems installing your apps on a separate drive/partition ?

I tried this a few years ago and most apps wouldn't install unless they where on the same partition as the windows installation.

Also when you reinstall the main system drive do you just copy the shortcuts across?

You can either use a modular supply or choose a case that has plenty of spare 'storage' to hide the spare lines. TBH it's something you get better at each time you do a build. My first rig was a f**king bomb site inside, but my current setup is pretty much entirely cable free when you open the door.

Case design plays a huge part.
