right then i am risking it and am going to colour code the bump strips myself following the how to guide on here,

from looking at it , its going to take a couple of days to do properly.

now obviously wen u take the bump strips off u r exposing the holes they normally clip into. is this ok to leave like that ? or will water getting in there cause any major problems?

yeah it should be ok just hope it stays dry for a while

i did my rear bumper insert my self (not a good idea) and left my rear bumper off for a week and that was ok

cool. well if al esle fails with doing them myself i will just buy sum new ones they carnt be that expensive can they?!

just use masking tape for the holes...

and if ur worried about doing the spraying urself just do the prepping and let the bodyshop do the actual spraying, that way u will save money;l
