Buzzing from inside dashboard (not fans)

As above, there is a VERY loud constant buzz from behind the middle ish dash which stays on when you turn the key twice, but goes off when engine running. also noticed a lighter version of the noise coming from the engine bay which i guess may be linked or just heard as its so loud (when not running)

I've made sure the fans are off and also put them on full and its a totally different noise. Sounds like an electrical pilon buzzing noise,

Did a search in the top bar but the related posts were about other issues apologies if its been answered before!

signs of failing or just noisy in general?

Is it normal or can it be fixed?

Just found a thread! sounds like that sensor with the mini fan, will buy a new one cheers for the heads up.
