caliper seals melting!?

I have re built my front caliper seals twice now but they keep melting after a track day!

I'm running CL6 pads and have new discs and ducts feeding the calipers but still the seals keep going brittle and splitting!?

Are there any upgrades that are available?

I run a titanium shim between the piston and pad to help stop them melting.

Seemed to work ok with RC6's at Oulton a few weeks ago.

I made my own from Grade 5 titanium.

Paul from CL Brakes can make you some I think.
