Right i know this is a mechanical thing but i really need this to be looked at by all and i know it will get more attention here....

So here it goes, i bought the H&R suspension a few weeks back, and to cut a long story short i just cant get my head around what is causing my problem

Here are my strut mounts:

As you can see its diferant to every one elses. We have tried to put the suspension together in four diferant ways, none of them seem to solve the problem which is the huge length of suspension going through the mount. Its fione whilst driving along, no problems at all, its only when u go slow and turn the wheel you can hear the springs clunck around, hard to explain.

Here is the car on full lock....

Here is what i got with the kit, they forgot the c spanners the monkeys!!!!

Is anything else missing?

Now we have missed these out on the suspension whilst fitting it, its from the standard set up

We tried to add them but no luck, the strut mount where just way to high! I mean a good 3cm away from sitting comfortable.

The kit didnt come with any instructions obviously, im just wondering if anyone can help, with pictures or diagrams.

Im really annoyed now with the kit, tried everything

Tanks alot folks, its much appreciated

The picture of the mount is normal. It looks like this with or without any modifications. The clunking is also normal.

Cant comment on anything else though.

remember the bearing if flat one side and hollowed the other

flat side of bearing face down facing the coilover

then the large rubber doughnut goes over it

then the brass spacer goes in with the lip at the top

then the small nut goes on (tighten it up all the way)

correct, but i had to stand on my head to read it!!!!!

MAKE sure the bearing is in the corrrect way (flat side down, curved+hollow side facing up)

theyre called helper springs, they stop the main springs popping out of the coilover

Ive been planning on getting some H&Rs for ages, but I keep struggling to find the money:(. Ill get them eventually though :)
