cambelt on a 52 reg non sport

its a 1,2 as most know already, was in at renault having the bonnet catch done and they asked if it has been done yet.

what mileage should it be done at, how much is it, and could it be the reason for the belt squeaking i have occasionally when the car moves off or changes gear?

I thought it was 50,000 miles or 5 years just to be on the safe side and your looking at a couple of hundred quid for the lot. Depends if you know some one who knows someone.

72k/5years as per normal. Piss easy job on the D4F anyway shouldn't cost a great ammount.

paid £300 to get all belts changed and also to get new water pump

Ah yes don't forget to get the water pump changed as well it'll almost definetly be leaking.
