can any one help with my 2002 clio 172

hiya iv just got my self a 2002 clio 172 and iv got a couple of faults with it hope anyone could help me

1.power steering keeps cutting out the battery and stop light comes on and off seems to do it more when engines at low revs

2.when i put my foot down there's a banging seems to do it worse on fast set offs, think it might be a gearbox mounting without looking

3.airbag light come off and on

You sure its the battery light and not oil light, stop light??

2. that will be your mounts just change the dogbone one
3. try fiddling with the wires under both seats, that normally cures the problem

yeah pal its the battery an stop im thinking a lose connection somewhere i only just got the car a coupe of hours ago so going to have a look at it 2moz in the light

just had a look at it an found the aux belt is lose any ides how to tighten it i think that why m light is coming on

Not sure maybe u have to adjust the tensioners??? it's best if you have a search on here especially for cambelt and aux belt.

If your aux belt snaps it will most likely take your cambelt.
