Can someone adjust my torsion bar? Yorkshire area

My torsion was adjusted last year at a garage -60mm, too low! Exhaust sometimes scrapes and I don't like it, probably drop off eventually!

I was wondering if someone would be willing to adjust it slightly for me, or help me do it. I will pay you for your trouble!

It's not that hard is it? Could you do it yourself if you had instructions?
