Can you get three road bikes on a Clio 182 using the OEM roof bars?

The car we were going to use for Belgium has given up the ghost (RIP Renualt Scenic) so the 182 is hopefully going to step into the breach. Question is.... has any one successfully got 3 bikes on the roof of a clio 2. I'm going to be using OEM roof bars and Thule bike carriers.

2 bikes fit comfortably, I reckon 3 should go on. Put the middle on the other way around and it shouldn't be much wider than just 2 bikes.

A vote of confidence. This is good news, I will try it then. Unless someone comes back with a definite no, looks like the Clio will be going to Flanders!

Might be tight depending on handlebar widths, but you can always loosen the bars and swing them round 90 degrees to give yourself more room.
