We're currently sitting at 12 paid. I called Raceland earlier but there was no answer so I've sent an email explaining the situation and asking if we can book 12 spaces on the open session rather than a private one. Fingers crossed. If not then refunds will be issued

Cancelled, refunds on there way. Just not enough of us I'm afraid and we can't book onto the open day until after the 24th of March, even then we would be unlikely to get 12 spaces on it.
We'll look at booking xtreme around the same time instead but will start a new thread about that in a while.
