Cant find the hole :L

Aryt guys. Car developed a rattle the other day which got worst. So got it on the ramp but cant see where it came from. Its about 5" long m8 i think. Only about an 1.5" of thread at the end of the bolt and the engine rattles at 3500 rpm. Spent ages looking so am open to any ideas. Cheers

No help here sorry, but that is a pretty big bolt to have dropped out :-/ Suspension maybe?

Looks to be one of the bolts from the alternator/pas pump brackets that bolts into the block, what size head is it?

thats what id say (dog bone mount bracket)

182 doesn't have the bracket for the dogbone to bolt to. don't think it' that

I think it's the long alternator bolt

too long, and no built in washer/flange

I'm going with alternator, only other things is top engine mount but you'd notice that and they are a bigger thread.

If its a 16mm head. It's the lower alternator bolt.
