Car sat for 2 years, brake pedal goes to floor - WHY?

Right, i recently got given a civic that has been sat for 2 years, i towed to my house and left it there, today i started it (it started straight away with some jump leads!)

however, the brake pedal will go to the floor, the brakes work but the pedal is poor, i have checked the tank and its full of fluid so i assume there is no leak, whats next?

My friend says seized callipers could cause this?

I dont want to spend much time on the car so hoping for something simple!

Thats what i thought tbh, noticed a very small amount of milky in the fluid. Guess ill battle the bleed nipples later in the week!
