Cat Manifold bolt washer order?

Hey guys just changing my cat manifold gasket along with my engine mounts, the new cat manifold gasket bolt kit has a few extra washers etc than my old one,

could someone please provide a description of the correct order?

I've looked in the clio workshop manual i have plus on the renaultsport part site with no luck.

at the manifold side, you've got the bolt which goes into the cup (which goes into the mani)

on the exhaust side, you've got the two different washers (can't 100% remember the order the washers go on in - not all that critical?), spring, spring cap, nut

Looking at it that's the logical way round
