CD Changer compatibility

I would like to buy a CD changer but have a headunit which is at least a couple of years old. I have an Alpine CDA-7852R and wondered if there were any CD changers currently on the market that would work with my headunit. Depends whether your hu is mbus or ai-net compatible.

All of them will be either AI-Net or M-BUS... if its either of those, then any changer that is compatible with those will work. AI-Net wont work with M-BUS of course, and vice-versa. The stackers all have it written on them as to whether theyll work with AI-Net or M-BUS head units. You wont be able to get a Renault/Alpine factory cd changer to work with any other head units, by the way.

i *think* Alpine do an M-Bus to Ai-Net converter lead mate, so you can probably use any Alpine changer thats reasonably recent
