Changig my phone over to my new mac book ?

My 4 is linked to my brothers iMac, Ive bought a mac book a few weeks ago... today i bought the 4s

How do I get all my shiz onto my 4s from the 4 and then hook the 4s upto the mac book...for future updates etc....
