changing a steering wheel on 172 mk1

Im thinking of changing the steering wheel on my clio 172 mk1 as it is worn. does anyone1 know if it is easy to change? or if it is possible to replace with a 182 steering wheel?.

Yeah no problem, i changed my knacked wheel in my old mk1 172 and changed it for a 182 wheel. you will need to cut of the a small peice of metal and it will fit straight on. connect up only one of the air bag wire and your ready to go.
Only took about a hour to do.

It's easy to do, i've done it, although for the same wheel just re-trimmed. You'll need to disconnect the battey for about 20 mins before messing with it all.
