Changing n/s dipped beam bulb on Clio IIIIIITT

After googling this I can see it doesn't look easy. Got the rubber cap off the back of the headlamp unit and can feel the connection for the dipped beam bulb but how does it come out? Twist? Pull? I don't want to break it :-S

That was meant to say Clio III, not sure what happened there!!

If it's a 182 it'll be a MK2 PH2 Clio matey.

I know how to do it but I can't describe it in text!

Clio 3's can be a c*nt to do ! especially ph2!

It's not a 182, it's a pre facelift mark 3, so guessing that's a phase 1...
