Cheapest way to link iPod/iPhone to Tuner List Stereo

Not fussed about it charging the iPhone tbh, not overly fussed about the fingertip controls working though it would be good

Ive basically just had enough of the shitty FM transmittor things, s**t interference etc

So I'm thinking there must be just a cable that goes from the iPhone to the back of the stereo that's fairly cheap?
