Chips Away - Any good?

I have seen somone post up some work carried out by chips away on a silver 172? whose was it, as it looked ace....

anyway, after just 2 days of V6 ownership i have a pea size chip in my bonnet! b****cks...

has anyone used chips away before, and if so what are they like? smokey has told me he has heard horror stories?

Im based in kent, so the south east agent would be the guy/girl i use....

I have heard that they are really good, but it does depend on the person that does the work, as I have also heard that some 'aren't all that '
