Clio 1.2 16v Extreme, Aftermarket upgrades

Hello, i am quite the motor head and i like the fell of travelling fast, bad ino, but i currently only have a 1.2 so i know there isnt much i can fit to the car to make it faster but i want to know what is the most cost effective ways of making my car travel faster, eg. More BHP. All help welcomed, Cheers

Was looking for real performance increases...

Ditch all the spare weight, spare wheel, tools, back seats, cheapest way to do it. Real performance gains from a 1.2 are next to non-existant.

Maybe you could increase the performance of your searching ability first?

That was awful... Seriously though, considering a 172 can be picked up for well under 2Gs it makes no sense, financially or otherwise, to try and make a 1.2 fast.
