Clio 1.2 8v I just blew a hole in the block!!! Does a 99 1.4 kangoo directly swap?

Im in Iceland and parts are hard to come by out here. My Clio 1.2 8v just blew a 1" hole in the block behind the starter. I found an engine and tranny from a 99 kangoo for a good price. Its a 1.4 liter 8v. Is this a direct swap or do I need to swap the exhaust and computer too? Please be exact on your answers otherwise Im just wasting money!

dont quote me on this but im pretty sure you would need the engine, gearbox, ecu, keys, looms, driveshafts, possibly engine mounts and probably more, plus your insurance would be really high due to it being a conversion
