dont reali need to do any thin to the engine they are sorting it all. lol the car is gonna be worth more than i paid for it. its ahd a new clutch and now all them new parts for the engine, all i need now if for the gearbox to break before the warantee runs out then she will be almost brand new lol. hopefully she gonna be a bit better and stuff when she comes back.i am puttin pics on tomoro if i get time of the before and during kinda thing. i aint gonna do as some do and post links to sites to show people wot intend to get coz then if i change my mind ill look like a clown. as for the sport badge it is already on. so too late for dont put it on. been looking at 17'' wolfrace wheels them black ones with the silver polished faces, but i aint 100% yet. as i say watch this space im on everyday doing neccesary posts lol

Tips for the engine bay...give it a clean maybe? It looks rank.

im pretty sure if you read it again youll see tht pic is the engine before anything has been done to it so . god i dunno how some of survive on here you clearly are literate or simply didnt get through school. im embarassed for you tht some of you cant even read hahahaha. the coolant is fine sittin right on the max after the engine warms up and just below wen its cold, thnx for the concern tho

Personally i wait until i have the cash to purchase fairly decent, worth while mod's instead of putting small money into things that ill probably grow out of with in a few months ... plus ends up looking a little tacky .... but thats just my opinion and way of thinking. No mate it doesnt, does make you look a little stupid though, however what does make you illiterate is the fact that Mr Magic clearly pointed out the correct spelling and you still managed to f**k it up LOL. Wont even get into the other spelling errors you made hehe.

these are basicaly a combi of before and during pics. i have put a couple of minor things on so far and have yet to do the bigger things.
so far, new steering wheel cover, new pedals, new gear knob and home made gaitor lol and a new stereo.

i intend to replace all the engine hosing with new lightblue hosing, give the engine a good thorough clean, spray the currently removed plastic engine cover to match the new hosing, have a decent air induction kit fitted.
this coming week i will be puttin a sport badge on the back and a 16v badge on the back (dont actually have a sport car but she is 16valver)just think the sport badges look good. later in the month im havin a new alarm fitted with a remote start feature and wanna have the alloys taken off and reapired then painted. i hope to get the windows tinted but tht depends on ppls opinions of tinting in general.
also my boyfriend is fitting a reali nice set of xenon bulbs and fixing my lower foggers coz for some reason they dont work.

thnx. lol. i aint here to piss any one off but seems others are here to piss others off. i came on becuase i was part of a corsa forum and ended up gettin a clio and am planning to do to her wot i was gonna do to the corsa but ppl dont like some of my ideas. bu ti aint bothered BUT... they dont need to come on and take the piss coz they have things tht they think are better than mine. im doing small things to make her look and sound good before i rush into generatin better performance. i would appreciate some ideas or pics on wot i could do to the interior with out spending a fortune.. like chaning colour of interior etc. any GOOD ideas would be appreciated as long as they arent gonna cost a fortune lol

I wouldnt go bigger than 16" wheels kriskat as it starts to look like a giant rollerskate and will cause you rubbing problems if you decide to lower the suspension in future! :S

In regards to mods as others have said the best mods will be cosmetic for a 1.2. Things such as: colour coding the black plastic bumper mouldings, new wheels, lowering, spoiler from a 172 etc.

If your looking to upgrade the interior you can normally pickup the half leather interior complete for around £200 when people strip their trackcar projects

would appreciate some pictures for colour on the inside as its pretty boring atm. was thinkin of changing the door cards and cahnging the colour of the dash
sound good? i think it will be fun, was thinkin blue and grey/silver just to liven it up a bit but you probs think tht sounds like a bad idea. was just gonna buy some decent fabric for the door cards and stick it on myself im a dab hand with spray glue and a sewing machine lol
i need some pics of ideas and some pics of the interior of a mk3 1.2 2002, i cant reali get any more ideas without being able to see wot i have to work with (shes at the garage) lol.
also is it easy enough to do the door cards. like the wiring and stuff dont want to break anything seen as how i wouldnt know how to fix it,

theres some pics of mine, its only a 1.2 but shows what can be acheived. only "performance" mods it has is an induction kit and exhaust, pointles doing anything else to it performance wise IMO, gonna save up and give it a 182 engine transplant at the end of this year all being well

I have changed the interior and retrimed the rear door cards. Also colour coding etc, then i will lower it and get some wheels thats the last few bits i want to do really, then when i can afford it ill get a 172/182. Also was thinking of the K-Tec Stealth Exhuast, but i want a sports cat aswel but cant seem to find one for my Phase 1

Well for the bumpers and mirrors and side strips it cost me £160 but i didnt know the guy so it was a bit cheaper tbh my whole car i would like it to be done but i think it would cost around 500-600 for the whole car.

new: air flow sensor, lambda sensor, coil paxk and leads, spark plugs, rocker cover gasket, engine mount, battery and connectors.
complete engine flush and reset tracking on steering wheel.
