clio 172 53 plate exhaust goosed !

Driving home from work on friday night and suddenly my car turns into a fandango machine ! Drove it to my local garage who put it on the ramps and the exhaust has sheared in the middle ! Hes quoted 170 supply and fit but he cant get the part til tuesday . I rang quickfit who said it would be 400 quid ! The three year warranty runs out in mid Dec , will this be covered ? If yes can I just take it to my local renault dealer (Benfield Renault Newcastle )

cheers mate saved me 170 quid it is indeed covered ! bloke at the garage said he'd done loads of them !
