Clio 172 blowers on full cold air all the time

Hey folks newby question here,

The wife decided she fancied a new car so i went out at the weekend and bought her a 53plate 172,
I bought it knowing there were a few niggly problems but it was off a friend of the family and a goos price so this didnt put me off.
Now most of the issues are little dents, scratches, a couple of tyres needed.
But the one problem that i wasnt to get sorted out asap is the heaters, the car blows full speed cold air and wont switch off or turn down. Anybody able to guide me in the right direction before i start just buying parts that wont make ant difference???

You could just take the fuse out for the time being.

Faulty fan controlling resistor. Sits on the blower box under the driver´s wiper panel. Exchange part should be around 150 quid from the dealer.

not sure what one is the correct fuse as 3 fan logos are shown maybe somebody else can assist?
