Seen this CUP on the roundabout just before the twin bridges.
Come South from the M4 direction, went round the roundbout and back up, I thought he must be out for a drive and thought nothing off it.
2 Miles down the road where the A329(m)joins the M4 west bound come round the bend seen fresh tyre marks near the barriers. Everyone has hit the brakes, then look to the lift the CUP was in the ditch back wards.
Looking like it was the only car involved and he was out of the car. (gladly)
