clio 172 fault code definition?

hi . abs and serv light come on now and then. mostly every drive.

had a snapon diagnostic and it come up with..

6.target wheel one of 4

what is this please?

also when driving brake pedal locks up when i give it high revs?

abs rings are fine and sensors look fine.

please help.
