clio 172 - megane 225 engine

are these similar?
would it be possible to take the turbo off a megane and strap it to my 172?

just a thought but like some help on it

cheers

matt

oil feed and drain, water feed, pipework, intercooler, bits and bobs, down pipe

guess what i'm doing next to mine ;) (already have the parts)

have my BAM engine all built up ready to go in my car when work drops down a bit, so far its cost me £1200, all i have got to get sorted now is driveshafts.
I know its going to take around 30 hours all in to get it all sorted and running, so imagine what that would cost me if I had to pay someone to do the job.

would having a bigger engine bay help reduce the labour? I'm thinking of a project involving a 19 and a vag lump :)

labour is always the killer in these engine jobs, so unelss you can do it yourself your pretty rubber ducked
