Clio 172 pulling to the left under braking

I have a clio 172 in my family and its pulling to the left under braking, when braking it also moves the steering wheel to the left, but then when i come off the brakes and go back on the throttle the steering wheel straightens again
things that i have changed or checked

brake balance spot on side to side on MOT brake rollers
both front struts and bearing tops new
tracking checked
both track rod ends changed (steering rack feels ok for play)

the only thing to change next is both front wishbones? (complete)

How old are the lower arm bushes?

Mine did this and it turned out to be my wheel bearing was shot. Also had some pretty nasty knocking sounds on acceleration and deceleration too though. Give it all an inspection and a wiggle!

shocks are new, no play in wheel bearing, its something moving i think when braking and under load, im now thinking lower bushes in the arm
