Clio 172 racer engine subframe

Hi,

Need some help. Bent my race car at the weekend and twisted the front subframe. Does anyone know of someone that has a Renault sport engine subframe or if you can use a standard one and modify it?

Any idea if they are the same or if the engine would mount to it ok?

I have 172 Cup sub frame if you want, but its collection only of course.

Best bet would be to drop yours off and take a picture, failing that someone else might know. I suspect they are all the same but i cant comment on the cup racer sub frame, i guess it might be beefed up.

cup racer engine is subframe mounted, there's extra pieces welded on. if you're good, you might be able to salvage the bits from your original and weld them to a standard subframe. I don't know is the parts are sold separately

Tried Rsport? Phase 2 part number is 7711155144, but imagine they'll be able to source the earlier spec aswell.

Around £400 looking at the catalogue.
