Renault Clio Sport

I need your help guys, I have a clio 172 that's been lowered and while I was driving the other day a knocking noise started coming from the driver side front wheel and then my steering starting to shake really bad trying to go off to the right. Couldn't get past 35mph it was so bad but then after turning right it stopped the shaking and noise. Does anyone have a clue what this could be. ( I'm a girl so not too good with stuff like this) It only seems to happen while the car has warmed up if this helps. Any help would be very much appreciated.
