Clio 182 Cambelt

Hi, I have recently brought a Clio 182. It's a 54 reg and has done 54000 miles. The cambelt was changed at 37k 5 years ago. I have been looking online and it says they need changing every 5 years so i'm guessing mine is due now. Is there anything else that I need to change whilst doing the cambelt as honestly i don't have a clue? Also how much should i expect to be charged for it?
Any help would be seriously appreciated!

Go to a recommended garage on here, about £500 or £650 with dephaser if you have that done.
