clio 182 trophy or 197

currently own a 182 and love it to bits but its not the best example so am affter upgrading but carnt decide weather to buy a 182 trophy or a 197 as there both around the same price?

Drive a decent example of both and make your mind up. They drive completely different to eachother and have different qualities.

Mint trophy > s**t/cheap 197

Although, the 197 IMO is miles above the mk2 in terms of space and quality so if you can

A trophy all day long 197's are not as quick

I went from a 197 f1 to a mint trophy, no regrets atall trophy is much more fun and feels like more of a drivers car but the r27 is a much better daily driver

I had a 197 Cup in 08/09 and I liked it but it did feel heavy and was crying out for more power now I have a Trophy and absolutely love it!

I test drove a 197... bought a 172 cup

Both great cars but the 197 was a little too refined, the brakes are phenominal tho! I decided id rather spend the money on improving the cup than the extra cost of running the 197, plus i bought the cup for the same price as the deposit of the 197 lol
