Clio 197 exhaust change over?

Hi Guys,

How easy to replace the exhaust on a regular 197 to make the exhausts like this http://dfklk0jrz9g9k.cloudfront.net/images/productnews/18.original.jpg

so from this http://www.allvehicles.co.uk/8266.jpg to the above is it straight swap, do holes need to be drilled into rear defuser etc?

I have searched but haven't found the question...

Not sure if serious.. But all you need is bolt on tips available from Renault pal.
