thought it was time to start my new thread as ive sold my 182 and got a 197.
this was when I picked it up,2 owners from new with full Renault service history and bog standard

then added some team heko wind deflectors

then changed my indicator bulbs and sidelights

then put a ktec induction kit on

then a few more goodies turned up in the post

got my exhaust fitted finally after a little bit mess on

and sent my cup spoiler off to get painted

Car looks nice, quick question re: these Team Heko things though?

What is the point of them, ive always assumed its if your a smoker you can flick ash out the window without too much wind noise. Or to fit in with JDM. If you dont smoke, or drive a clio, im not sure i understand their benefits? As they look sh1t.

rear tints are standard glass the windows arnt actually tinted and the team heko's i put on because i like the look of them

Fair enough, do they reduce wind noise if the window is only slightly open though? Just out of interest of course.

Yeah it so you can open the window with actually being covered in rain etc Dave.

Anyway it's probably my favourite 197 colour, you can never capture how it looks in the flesh imo, stunning colour and suits the 197 so much, again great in low light.

Tailpipes are terrible and never ever suit the 197.
