Clio Aerial - Would this fit my 182?

My car has Factory Fitted Sat Nav and although this works perfectly, my radio reception is awful. After searching the forum I've come to a conclusion it may be the aerial base unit. However Renault want £80.

Will the below fit mine? Looks identical, but has come off a Megane. Asked the guy on eBay and he wasn't sure.

Try to save a few bob and take a risk, or pay £80 and be sure it'll fit. Take your choice. They're both different part numbers and whilst the aerial body looks the same the cable lengths will be different and maybe the connectors used etc too.
