Clio Cup 172 Oil

Afternoon all,
About to do an oil change on my car, and i've looked through every handbook i have and they dont seem to tell me what oil i should use.. 5-40... 10-40 etc...
Anyone know?!?
And is it Half synthetic or full or semi lol

I've just changed mine about an hour ago . I used silkolene 5w-40 fully synthetic . The car has only done 4200 miles but it was as black as fcuk ,i always like to change it every 6 months regardless of the mileage , taken it for a good blast round , about 25 miles and the the mpg has improved by about 3pmg
