Clio Cup - removing temporary rear bias botch

Afternoon

On my cup, the previous owner has cable tied the rear brake bias, I presume to get through the MOT (eventhough it should pass anyway). I want to remove this so I get the full cup experience, is it as simple as just cutting the cable tie? is there nothing else to it?

you might aswell take the VOSA doc with you to the MOT station to pre-empt any questions on rear braking (see my earlier thread about this)
